Returns & Refunds
All sales are final, but there may be exceptions left up to the owners discretion.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact info@harunaartisan.com for concerns and attach your order details. You must contact us within 1 day of receiving your item. If an exception is made, you can return the product for an exchange with a product of equal value, or receive credit for your next order -shipping is not included, any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging, there are no exceptions.
You are responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item.
Commissions
Orders are usually shipped out within a week, but please allow at least 14 days before shipment is out for delivery in case there are orders ahead of yours. If more time is needed to complete your custom piece due to the complexity of your design or others ahead of you, that will be communicated to you through the email you provided before payment is accepted. Haruna Artisan has the right to refuse certain commissions, that will also be communicated. If you want something rushed there is an extra fee. If you'd like something customized, please click here. All orders are shipped Priority.
Shipping
All shipments are sent Priority via USPS. Haruna Artisan is not responsible for items after shipment, lost or stolen items, nor are we responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address. Packages are sent to the address you enter at checkout, so please provide us with the correct address. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS.
Privacy Policy
Any information Haruna Artisan gathers at this website is strictly for our use and is not shared with any other entity -public or private, for any reason. We will not sell or give away any lists or other data that we may retain, and we do not purchase such information from other sources.
